Basic Eligibility Requirements
Online Presence
You must have an active website, blog, or social media presence with a relevant audience. Basically, people to promote to!
Ethical Marketing Compliance
No misleading claims, spam, or false advertising.
Industry Alignment
Your audience should align with the niche of the product you wish to promote.
Minimum Audience Size
Depending on the platform, we require a minimum audience size of:
- 2,500 email subscribers OR
- 3,000 social media followers/group members OR
- 250 unique podcast followers

Unfortunately, our program is not suited for small audiences, like referring your friends and family. While we welcome those referrals too, our affiliate program costs us additional time, energy, and money so we must be sure we can meet our minimum expenses per referral.
If you're unsure if your audience size will work for our program, feel free to reach out!
If you'd like to refer one of our courses or products to a friend or family member, please email us as we may be able to supply them with a coupon. (This makes you look like a rockstar for getting them a special deal!)
Live Webinar Attendance
If you are hosting us to your audience for a live webinar, our minimum requirement is that you show up and welcome your audience.
While you don't have to stick around until the end, it's more likely you'll make more sales if you engage your audience during the close as well.
Performance & Engagement Criteria
Proven Engagement
Your emails, click-throughs, and/or social media interactions should have a decent level of engagement.
The % of engagement we look for is determined based on your niche and type of promotion.
Sales History
Existing experience in affiliate marketing with verifiable sales performance is required.
Commitment to Promote
You must actively promote through a webinar, blog posts, Podcast, social posts, and/or email campaigns.
Which method you choose for promotion depends on how you currently interact with your audience and the type of product of ours you will be promoting.
Legal & Ethical Compliance
FTC Compliance
All affiliates must disclose their relationship with us and the fact they will be receiving a commission at no additional cost to buyers. You must also comply with all relevant advertising laws.
No Black Hat Tactics
No fake reviews, incentivized purchases, or unethical promotions will be tolerated.
We believe strongly in over-delivering on promises, so don't promise something you or we can't deliver.
Geographic Restrictions
You must be legally able to promote and accept commissions in your country.
Technical Requirements
Live Webinar Delivery
We use Zoom as our webinar delivery platform. This is to ensure we can track, follow up with, and engage interested registrants.
IF you want us to be hosted on your platform and ask for a reciprocal promotion, we require to use our Zoom platform to promote you.
Video
While we prefer a high quality camera or webcam, it's not required. We do, however, prefer for you to be on camera during the introduction to welcome and engage with your audience.
Audio
Our minimum technical requirement for audio is some sort of microphone. We use this Shure MV7 Podcasting mic for its quality.
In short, the better your people can hear you, the more likely they are to buy.

Tracking & Commissions
Will I still earn a commission if a customer switches devices?
Our system tracks affiliate sales through a code embedded in the Buy button. We also provide a unique coupon code during live webinars and replays.
If a customer switches devices, they should still use the Buy button linked to your code. In rare cases where tracking fails, your coupon code ensures you still receive credit for the sale. This double-tracking system helps accurately attribute commissions to each affiliate.
Can I see my referrals and commissions in real-time?
Once you're set up in our Expert Media Academy system, you'll receive a Welcome email to set your password.
Logging in gives you access to your affiliate dashboard, where sales are credited to you immediately. If you don’t see updates right away, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in.
We also double-track sales using our hosting platform and Google Sheets, so we can share your sales data with you if needed.
What is the commission rate?
Our affiliate commission is 40%, allowing us to collaborate with partners and affiliate brokers while also providing extra value to our students through free coaching sessions, additional training, and case studies.
Payouts & Payments
Do I need to submit a tax form (W-9, W-8BEN, etc.)?
We use PayPal Mass Payments, which handles tax reporting for both us and you. If we need to arrange an alternative payment method, a tax form may be required.
Is there a minimum payout threshold?
No. What you earn is what you get paid.
Will my commission be affected if you issue a refund?
If a refund is issued, the commission will be deducted from your remaining payout. If a coupon was missed or didn’t apply correctly, we’ll refund the discount amount, which will be reflected in your commission.
Promotions & Marketing
Do buyers get any special discounts?
It depends on the product being promoted, but yes, we can offer a limited-time coupon to your audience to incentivize buyers.
Are there any restrictions on how I promote the offer?
Not really... Just keep it legal and don't make any income claims or promises.
Do you have evergreen promo options?
Most of our products can be set up as evergreen for ongoing offers for your funnels. We consider evergreen options on a case-by-case basis, as they require significant backend setup. If you're interested, click here to email us for more details.
Can I use paid ads (Google, Facebook, etc.) to promote?
Yes! You’re free to promote the webinar and offer however you’d like. Just be sure to follow all ad platform Terms of Service. Please note that any ad spend is your responsibility and won’t be reimbursed.
Are there any pre-made marketing materials (banners, email templates, social media posts) I can use?
Yes, we can supply you with everything you'd need for a promotion.
Do you have a PDF to email for Live Webinar replays?
Yes, we can provide you with an 8.5" x 11" format expanded PDF from our Live Webinars to encourage email opens for replays.
Can I offer personal bonuses or incentives to people who buy through my link?
Absolutely! We can even add it to the presentation for Live Webinars if you provide us with a description.
Can I use your branding or trademarks in my promotions?
As long as your promotions are for our products, you can use whatever branding and/or graphics you'd like. We can even customize something for you.
The Offers
What are the offers you have available?
While we can adapt any of our courses/products to your offer needs, we also have some pre-created bundle offers ready to go. Scroll down to the "Products to Promote" section for details.
How much are your courses?
They range depending on the offer from just under $30 all the way up to $2,000.
Who are your courses and products best suited for?
Our primary audience is creative entrepreneurs interested in publishing, product creation, writing, art, and business growth and marketing.
That said, each offer expands or decreases audience type depending on what topic(s) it covers.
Do your offers have upsells?
It depends. Some have upsells with commission built in, such as our biggest program, AI Generator Gold. Others depending on the offer could be tailored with upsells to your audience.
Do your offers include any bonuses?
Most of them do, yes!
For Live Webinars, do you offer any fast action incentives in addition to bonuses?
Depending on the offer, yes! For example, our AI Generator Gold live webinar includes a FAB (Fast Action Bonus) of a jumpstart VIP coaching session immediately after the webinar for buyers who purchased while live.
Can I get free access to the offer or get it at a discount?
Access to certain offers may be granted on a case-by-case basis and may require signing an NDA, depending on the offer's nature. This requirement varies based on the specific promotion.
In some instances, access may be limited to the promotional period only. We value the effort and dedication that go into creating our programs, so we prioritize affiliates who are genuinely committed to promoting and adding value—rather than those simply seeking free access.
Customer Support
Do you offer payment plans for customers?
We offer payment plans on most products priced above $00, and depending on the customer's location, financing options like Affirm and Klarna may also be available.
While we understand that not all affiliates prefer payment plans, we've found that offering them on higher-ticket products often increases conversions.
At the same time, we encourage fast action by providing exclusive discounts for customers who choose the full-payment option.
What payment methods are available to customers?
We use Thinkific Payments powered by Stripe, allowing us to accept all major credit cards, Cash App Pay, 1-click checkout with Link, PayPal, and financing options like Affirm and Klarna (country-specific).
For our self-hosted payment plan, only Stripe-powered Thinkific payments via major credit card or Link are accepted to ensure proper tracking.
What is your refund policy?
All our products are digital and instantly accessible so refunds are not offered, except in rare cases like duplicate purchases, missed coupon codes, or special circumstances.
We expect buyers to be well-informed before purchasing, and accessing the product only to request a refund is considered digital theft.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
No. See above question.
Do buyers have to sign any NDAs?
No, our checkout system includes a Terms of Use checkbox that serves as a clickwrap non-disclosure agreement. Buyers are responsible for reviewing the Terms of Use before purchasing
What are your Terms of Service?
