Watch the Replay - HUGE Announcement!

Go behind-the-scenes of this major app suite rebuild!

Got Questions?

    The New Platform

  • The entire EMAI app suite is being rebuilt from scratch. It will be a brand new platform that is completely separate from the current platform.

  • The current system runs on PromptForm, which costs four figures a month just for access. PromptForm also limits what can be done with the apps. For example, you can't mix and match AI models inside one chat bot. The new platform removes those limits and saves a ton of money on the back end, which also means your credits will go further as credit costs will decrease.

  • The goal is to migrate everyone off the current platform by the end of March 2026, possibly sooner. Everything needs to be thoroughly tested before the switch happens.

  • Yes. If you are already a member, you will be grandfathered into the full suite of apps at your current price. Your plan stays intact. Nothing changes on that front.

  • Pricing and Credits

  • Yes, a lot less! Because the new platform connects directly to the AI APIs instead of going through the current platform's markup, the actual costs are dramatically lower. Your credits will go much further than they do now!

  • Individual suites (like just book publishing) will be around $20 to $25 per month. The full bundle with all suites will stay at $49 per month... for now. Current members get everything included.

  • Yes, credits will still roll over from month to month and accumulate if you don't use them. And if you need more, you can still top up.

  • Apps and Features

  • All the apps that exist now will be rebuilt for the new platform. Many of them will be combined into fewer, more powerful apps. For example, the four separate Illustrate apps (one for each AI model) are now one single app where you pick which model you want.

  • It handles fiction, nonfiction, memoirs, and children's books all in one app. The fields and options change depending on which type you pick.

For children's books you get things like illustration style, page count, and age range.

For nonfiction you get things like thesis, research citations, and book format.

It can produce a full 55,000-word book with stats like word count, page count, reading level, and estimated audiobook length.

  • Yes! You can highlight any section of text and click "Regenerate Selection." You can add feedback like "too formal" or give specific instructions for just that part.

  • Personalization Features

  • It is an interview-based feature where AI asks you 15 to 20 questions about yourself, your business, your expertise, and so on. It then organizes everything into categories like "About Me," "Brand Voice," "Products and Services," and more.

You can turn individual items on or off, delete things, and upload additional documents. Think of it as teaching the system who you are.

  • Yes. Every app that uses the Memory Vault gives you the option to disconnect it. So if you are writing about something totally different from your usual niche, just turn it off for that project.

  • These are profiles you create for yourself or for clients. AI can interview you and fill out the persona automatically, or you can do it manually.

If you are ghostwriting for someone else, you create a persona for them and select it when you run the app.

  • You can upload writing samples and the system will analyze them to create an AI voice profile. You can have multiple writing styles saved and pick whichever one you want for each project.

  • Create an Audience Persona for your client and a Writing Style based on their samples. When you go to the Book Creator, turn off your Memory Vault and select their persona and writing style instead.

  • AI Chat Playground

  • This is the answer to the FAQ. Make sure to keep it brief It is a built-in chat feature where you can talk to any of the available AI models, both text and image. It works like ChatGPT or Claude, with saved chat history on the left side. possible use basic formatting like bold or underline. If you use links be sure to have them open to a new page

  • Yes! You can start a conversation with Claude, switch to Gemini for the next message, then switch to ChatGPT, and even generate an image in between.

All in the same chat stream with full memory of what came before. (NO other platform can do this!)

  • Potentially, yes. You are getting access to multiple professional-tier AI models (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Flux) all in one place via the AI Chat Platform, and pre-programmed for optimal results inside each app.

You would not need separate $20/month subscriptions for each outside platform.

  • Migration and History

  • It will be gone. Once the switch happens, EMAI will cancel the current platform account and you will not be able to log back in.

You need to go in and download or copy everything you want to keep before that happens.

  • There will be multiple warnings and notices before it happens. But do not wait. Start saving your history now by copying it into Google Drive or similar.

  • Not directly. But you can save your old chats as documents or PDFs and upload them into your Memory Vault. That way the new system can learn from your previous conversations. (Hint: This works for all your other AI subscriptions like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc. as well!)

  • Customization

  • Yes! There is a theme system with preset color schemes like "Charcoal and Coral" or "Ink and Paper." Each preset has both a light mode and a dark mode. You can switch between light and dark mode anytime.

  • That is being planned as an optional paid add-on. The functionality already exists but pricing has not been set yet. It will not be available right away.

  • What's Coming Next

  • It is a separate standalone app Tony is building next. It will be an AI-powered book layout and pagination tool, similar to InDesign or Affinity Publisher but way simpler.

It will handle things like text flow between pages, widows and orphans, drop caps, justified text, style sheets, headers, footers, and standard print sizes for KDP and IngramSpark.

  • It is the next project after the main EMAI platform is finished. Tony already has the first nine prompts written for it. Rough estimate is about a month out from when development starts.

  • Tony is considering building a separate platform focused on metaphysical content like numerology, dream interpretation, oracle decks, and tarot. No firm timeline on that yet.

  • It is planned but not built yet.

  • Yes! The goal is to support both print and Kindle book covers with correct sizes, spine dimensions, and bleeds. It may be part of Book Flow or a separate tool.
